49th Annual Hatch Valley Chile Festival – New Mexico

Spend Labor Day Weekend smelling the aroma of roasting red and green chiles at the Hatch Valley Chile Festival. The annual festival attracts over 30,000 visitors to celebrate the harvest. Sample tasty chile recipes, watch the crowning of the chile festival queen, participate in the many activities, and eat some delicious food!
