Celebrate Railroad Days and get up close to some of the greatest locomotives ever built. See the 150th anniversary of the completion of the transcontinental railroad through the exhibit, “Hidden Histories of the Transcontinental Railroad.” Tour the General Dodge House, owned by one of Council Bluffs’ most famous residents. Climb aboard old steam engines and walk through the Omaha Club car. Each of the venues have kids’ and family activities, live entertainment, and food & drink.
