When: September 29 – October 3, 2021

Where: Acadia National Park (Bar Harbor, Maine)

Acadia National Park is hosting the 12th Annual Acadia Night Sky Festival. The park is one of the few remaining places on the East Coast with natural darkness offering unparalleled views of the Milky Way. For over a decade the national park service has organized a multi-evening festival with workshops, hands-on experiences, and family activities for everyone to learn about the celestial sights. More details will be released in the near future, so save the date and start planning your trip to see the most impressive dark skies east of the Mississippi from Cadillac Mountain, the tallest peak on the Atlantic Ocean.
