What’s New at the Zoo: The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium is Open!

The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium is a world-class institution and the top family attraction in the region! With thousands of animals covering 720 species, it is also one of the world’s most complete zoos. The Zoo has a major focus on wildlife conservation efforts and currently participates in over 80 species survival programs.

The Toledo Zoo recently debuted The Nancy L. and Martin Davidson Barnyard. This new interactive exhibit is a year-round area where guests can meet alpacas, goats, pigs, and other farm animals! Another newer addition is Titan, the three-and-a-half year old Amur tiger that joined the zoo in December 2019.

New Zoo Guidelines

The Toledo Zoo is committed to the well-being of guests, team members, and animals. The zoo has implemented enhanced protocols and procedures to provide a safe family-friendly experience. Advance online ticket purchase is not required, but the zoo will manage the traffic flow and limit the number of guests in the park. Expect adjustments to dining options and indoor attractions. Review the new guidelines before you go.

• $19.00 vs. $21.00  (Adult)
• $16.00 vs. $18.00  (Child)
• $16.00 vs. $18.00 (Senior)

Daily Parking is $8.00 per vehicle

Hours –The zoo is open six days per week, closed on Tuesdays for deep cleaning. The main gate is open from 10:00am – 12:00pm on Mondays and 10:00am – 4:00pm on Wednesday through Sunday. Guests can stay in the park until 2:00pm on Mondays and 5:00pm on Wednesday through Sunday.
