Off-Season Road Trip: St. George, Utah

St. George is one of our favorite cities to visit in Utah, conveniently located between Las Vegas, Nevada, and Salt Lake City. In the past, we’ve explored the museums, wandered through the historic downtown filled with boutique shops, and hiked a few trails in the local area. On this trip, we wanted to stay at the relatively new hotel, The Advenire, An Autograph Collection. The boutique hotel is full of heirloom touches with a modern flair. The onsite restaurant, wood•ash•rye, is considered one of the best in the state, and it did not disappoint. We love to finish each road trip with a stay at an excellent hotel and great meal!
Travel Tip: We almost always use rental cars for our road trips, which is only cost effective if we begin and end our travels at the same location. One-way rentals tend to be much more expensive, even if they are sometimes more convenient.
