Small Town Spotlight: Burlington, Vermont

Highlights from the July Newsletter
Burlington, Vermont, is located on the shores of picturesque Lake Champlain. The charming downtown is centered around Church Street, a pedestrian-only, brick-paved street with dozens of unique stores, galleries, outdoor cafes, award-winning restaurants, and popular brewpubs. Every Saturday, from early June to mid-October, don’t miss the Farmers Market for locally grown and produced products. Just off Church Street, Common Deer is a boutique selling home décor, jewelry, games, and gifts from over 500 American-made companies. Frog Hollow is a craft gallery supporting the tradition of fine Vermont craftsmanship. With so many outdoor enthusiasts in Burlington, Outdoor Gear Exchange, selling outdoor apparel, sporting goods, and outdoor gear, has been a local favorite for over 20 years. You’ll want to spend at least two days in the area— check into the Hotel Vermont, located in the heart of downtown.
